About The Position
The Toyota Express Technician is an entry-point role at Norm Reeves Toyota Dallas. Requirements
- Full-time availability.
- At least 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Experience at an automotive school or program.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive 609 Certificate.
- Prior dealership experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver guests’ cars on time as promised.
- Perform oil changes, check batteries, and top off fluids.
- Inspect brake linings and adjust them if necessary.
- Rotate, repair, mount, and balance tires according to vehicle standards.
- Conduct 121-point multi-point inspections and alignment checks.
- Perform minor services, including software updates, key programming, and windshield wiper and filter replacements.
- Take detailed notes during and after inspections.
- Keep the workstation clean at all times.
- Work with the team to prepare and service vehicles efficiently.
