This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service to Mattel Toy Store customers and driving store sales. The position requires the ability to work a minimum of 3 days per week, including Saturdays, with full-time hours available. The associate will operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, process payments, manage customer information, maintain a clean workstation, promote specials and deals, and report sales metrics and customer feedback to management. The goal is to leave a lasting impression as the 'FACE of Mattel' and meet daily service and sales goals.
