About The Position

KCI is seeking motivated people interested in a career in the telecommunications industry. Tower Climbers receive hands-on, industry training and gear while earning a steady income. The role involves outdoor work, teamwork, attention to safety, and potential travel of up to 100% for weeks at a time. Flexible shift work may include maintenance windows and weekends when needed. Training covers OSHA 10, CPR and First Aid, rigging, RF awareness, electrical safety, ladder safety, safe climbing practices and rescue plans, building materials, construction and installation, quality control and closeouts, and equipment operation. Ability to understand basic computer programs.
Availability to travel up to 100% for weeks at a time if required.
Flexibility to work shifts, including maintenance windows and weekends if needed.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.
Ability to maintain required certifications.
Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check; motor vehicle checks may be required based on position.
