About The Position
The Towel Attendant is responsible for delivering any guest request items to rooms in accordance with all housekeeping procedures, standards, and safety and security rules and regulations to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be able to communicate in English.
- Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
- Ability to meet standards of appearance.
- Can communicate well with guests.
Nice To Haves
- Prior housekeeping experience desirable.
Responsibilities
- Attend to any guest requests.
- Attend to any other requests from the Coordinator or Supervisors.
- Help folding towels & bath rugs if needed.
- Report any missing/found articles, damage or merchandise problems to the Supervisor.
- Attend any calls from the room attendants to deliver any items to the floors.
