About The Position

JSA Towing is looking for experienced truck drivers to join their Irwin Team. They pride themselves in having a clean well maintained fleet of Rollbacks and Medium Duty Wreckers, servicing customers throughout western PA. This is a great opportunity to work with a fast-growing family owned and operated company. Candidates must know how to operate a rollback and wheel lift.

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience as a tow truck driver
• Dot Medical Card
• Acceptable Driving Record with not violations
• Must pass criminal background check
• Must pass pre-hire and random drug screenings
• Be dependable for scheduled shifts
• Strong communication and interaction skills
• Independent/self motivated, on-time, and reliable

Nice To Haves

• Wheel lift and Rollback experience
• CDL

Responsibilities

• Perform local and long-distance light-duty towing of cars, trucks, SUVs, and more
• Perform recovery and winch-out work
• Perform Roadside emergency services (Jumpstarts, Lock outs and Tire changes)
• Complete jobs safely, efficiently, and free of damage to equipment
• Complete necessary paperwork (all electronic via Tow book)
• Complete pre/post-trip inspections, work orders, etc.
• Provide friendly customer service following company standards of culture
• Obey all traffic laws including speed limits and follow established traffic and transportation procedures
• Additional duties as assigned
• Treat all customers and co-workers with respect.
