Tour Club Fitter
About The Position
2nd Swing is seeking a highly skilled Tour-Level Club Fitter to join its in-store team. The role involves conducting high-performance, one-on-one fittings using Trackman, Quintic, and Foresight systems, and providing tour-grade equipment recommendations and sales. The ideal candidate has extensive experience supporting touring professionals through OEM design or tour-trailer operations, technical mastery of equipment specifications, and a deep understanding of elite players’ needs. Full-time roles are available, with a primary focus on weekend availability from Friday through Monday.
Requirements
- 10 or more years of equipment experience at the tour level in fitting, OEM, or design.
- 5 or more years of sales and customer service experience.
- Above-average knowledge of golf equipment and technology.
Nice To Haves
- Prior club-fitting certifications, preferably Ping Academy, Titleist University, or Trackman University certification.
- Active PGA Member status is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with guests to provide a positive and personalized club-fitting experience.
- Create a welcoming, professional, hospitality-driven atmosphere for every customer.
- Operate Trackman launch monitors to gather data during fittings.
- Maintain expert knowledge of current equipment, fitting technology, and industry trends.
- Support and mentor fellow fitters to uphold 2nd Swing’s fitting standards and best practices.
- Contribute to team efforts by completing related tasks as needed.
- Work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends.
