We are looking for a Total Rewards Team Lead / Head to build and scale a high-impact Total Rewards function in a fast-growing, multi-country environment. This role is hands-on from day one and will evolve into a leadership position depending on your experience and impact. You will design and implement Total Rewards frameworks from scratch, ensuring they are scalable, competitive, and aligned with business goals across multiple geographies and employment models.
