As a Total Rewards Partner, your main focus will be to partner with the business to deliver and govern Total Rewards by executing compensation and benefits processes, ensuring global alignment, and supporting leaders with insights, data, and expert guidance. You secure consistent, compliant, and competitive reward practices while collaborating across People, Finance, and global TR teams. This hybrid role reports into our People Manager and is based out of Toronto Support Office.
