Requirements

Responsibilities

Provides Total Rewards consultancy services to internal customers in support of health care benefits for employees and retirees, and the Caterpillar PPO Network providers
Administers Total Rewards programs and policies and manages employee data and provider data in line with company.
Participates in Total Rewards related projects, interacting and communicating with internal and external partners.
Performs qualitative and quantitative research and analysis on Total Rewards related programs to support business.
Ensures compliance of Total Rewards programs and policies and manages employee and provider data in line with company policies.
