This role will support Republic Bank’s Total Rewards strategy by delivering high quality analysis, modeling, and reporting across compensation and benefits programs. This role will combine data analytics skills with Total Rewards knowledge to generate insights that drive program design, workforce planning, and financial decision making. The role will also support the development of a broader people analytics function within Human Resources.
