With a primary focus on U.S. benefits administration, this role is hands‑on and detail‑driven, owning defined day‑to‑day processes while also supporting global rewards and recognition initiatives. The role contributes to a consistent, high‑quality employee experience across regions, working closely with HR Operations, Payroll, HRIS, and external vendors across North America and EMEA.
