About The Position

The Remote Total Rewards Analyst supports the administration of compensation and benefits programs while serving as a key point of contact for employee Total Rewards inquiries. This role helps ensure employees and clinicians across approximately 280 dermatology clinics receive timely and accurate support regarding benefits, pay programs, and Total Rewards policies. The position combines customer service, data management, and analytical support. The analyst manages employee questions, supports benefits and compensation processes, maintains HR system data, and assists the Total Rewards and HR teams with reporting and program administration. The role sits on a team in transformation mode—automation, evolving processes, and iteration—so comfort with change is important.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Understanding of employee benefits programs and compensation practices.
  • Strong critical thinking, attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to explain information clearly to employees.
  • Problem-solving and issue resolution, with a focus on ongoing process improvement and efficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to confidentiality and data privacy.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience market pricing jobs preferred.
  • Experience supporting employees in an HR service center environment preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare or multi-location organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact to resolve employee inquiries and issues related to benefits, compensation, pay practices, and Total Rewards policies.
  • Maintain knowledge base documentation and frequently asked questions to support employee self-service.
  • Day-to-day administration of medical, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness programs including eligibility, enrollment, and auditing.
  • Coordinate with benefits vendors to resolve employee issues and eligibility discrepancies.
  • Responsible for compensation and benefits data maintenance including job codes, salary ranges, pay changes, employee life events in the HRIS.
  • Support market pricing and compensation analysis projects by gathering and organizing data, including salary survey submissions.
  • Assist with the annual processes including open enrollment and merit review process including data preparation, system audits, testing and communication.
  • Maintain job descriptions and job catalog information.
  • Assist with reporting requests from HR leadership, Finance, and operations.
  • Assist with compliance documentation, policy updates and standard operating procedures.
