About The Position

This role is a hands-on equity administration and consulting position within Fidelity Workplace Consulting, focused on co-sourcing stock plan operations for corporate clients. You act as an extension of the client’s internal equity team, managing daily stock plan transactions, ESPP administration, tax compliance, reporting, and Section 16 support while also contributing to process improvement and cross functional consulting projects within total rewards. It blends: Operational execution (PSW, transactions, data integrity) Client advisory (compliance, reporting, governance) Consulting mindset (process improvements, project work) Exposure to senior client leaders and legal teams These services can involve a variety of topics including but not limited to administrative support, compliance, and reporting services.

Requirements

  • BS/BA required (MBA preferred), CEP designation preferred.
  • 3-5 years’ overall experience
  • Knowledge of Fidelity’s PSW system
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities; analytical and problem-solving abilities, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while prioritizing workloads and works well under pressure.
  • Ability to project manage, set priorities, meet goals and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to self-audit to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Strong writing and oral communication skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Strong Microsoft Office PC skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily stock plan administration support to client on a co-sourcing basis
  • Oversee the accurate and timely processing of equity related transactions, such as stock option exercises, restricted stock unit distributions, and dividend distributions.
  • Monitors tax rates for upcoming equity transactions and liaises with the client’s contact to ensure tax compliance.
  • Provides accurate and timely processing of reports to support clients payroll processes
  • Manages Restricted Persons List / Blackouts.
  • Support upload and updates to indicative data
  • Initiate changes service requests
  • Administers client’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), inclusive of eligibility tracking, enrollment, contribution change and withdrawal monitoring, and purchase processing / reporting, disqualifying disposition tracking/reporting.
  • Partners with clients’ legal department to manage all aspect of equity transactions for the Section 16 population
  • Develops and recommends process improvements to support co-sourcing service.
  • Working knowledge of the market, trends, regulations, and political environment impacting equity and compensation programs.
  • Supports cross functional project work with the broad-based rewards team.
