Pendo•Raleigh, NC

About The Position

Pendo’s Total Rewards team manages benefits, leave, and compensation programs that support employees’ health coverage, financial security, and time away from work. It also supports required benefits reporting and filings, including audits, Form 5500 filings, and nondiscrimination testing. The expected salary range for this role when performed in Raleigh, North Carolina, is $102,000–$143,000. Individual pay decisions consider qualifications, experience, skillset, and internal equity.
