Total Rewards Analyst

Pendo•Raleigh, NC
•$102,000 - $143,000

About The Position

Pendo's Total Rewards team operates the benefits, leave, and compensation programs employees rely on for health coverage, financial security, and time away from work. The Total Rewards Analyst administers benefits and leave programs, maintains accurate enrollment and eligibility data across vendors and payroll, and reports on program health. The role partners with Payroll, Finance, the wider People Team, and external benefits vendors. At the P3 level, the analyst works independently within a defined scope, adapts established approaches to varied problems, and turns audit findings into process improvements. Success means employees receive accurate answers promptly, vendors receive clean files, and payroll deductions match elections. Day-to-day work includes processing life-event changes and benefits inquiries, preparing open-enrollment materials, administering leave from intake through return, auditing benefits and compensation data, resolving provider file errors, fulfilling benefits reporting and filing requirements, triaging escalated employee and manager tickets, reviewing benefits invoices, maintaining documentation, and using AI to assist with drafting, anomaly detection, reporting, and documentation upkeep.
