As a Total Rewards Analyst, you’ll support the administration and improvement of employee benefit programs while partnering with internal teams and external vendors.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree plus 1+ year of benefits-related experience or 5+ years of related experience
  • Experience working with HRIS systems
  • Experience supporting vendor relationships and benefits administration
  • Strong Excel and data management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Administer day-to-day operations of employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, voluntary benefits, FSA, and 401(k).
  • Serve as a primary contact for benefit vendors and third-party administrators, supporting billing, eligibility, and issue resolution.
  • Assist with benefits-related payroll processes, system audits, and ongoing HRIS data accuracy.
  • Coordinate benefits activities such as enrollments, COBRA administration, beneficiary updates, disability claims, and compliance processes.
  • Monitor and reconcile monthly benefit invoices and administrative fees across benefit plans.
  • Support benefits audits, reporting, and industry benchmarking surveys.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees with benefits questions and guidance.
  • Help coordinate open enrollment, benefits orientations, and employee education sessions.
  • Participate in special HR initiatives such as wellness programs, retirement education, and employee engagement campaigns.
