About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Total Loss APD Manager to lead our Total Loss Claims team. This role is responsible for managing claim performance, developing team members, and ensuring total loss claims are handled accurately, timely, and in compliance with regulatory and company standards. What You'll Do Travel within Texas to support and mentor field team members. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Total Loss Representatives. Oversee total loss claim handling, quality, and statutory compliance. Review claim files, adjuster work, and performance; provide feedback and evaluations. Manage workloads and resources in coordination with claims leadership. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support catastrophic event response. Stay current on auto repair trends, total loss regulations, and best practices. Qualifications Proficiency with claims systems and auto estimating software. Bachelor’s degree preferred with 10+ years of claims experience. Texas All Lines Adjuster License required. Strong knowledge of auto physical damage and total loss programs. Prior experience managing a Total Loss program and remote teams. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Must be bondable. Valid Texas driver’s license and able to travel. Requirements
