About The Position

Air Liquide is hiring for a Total Gas Management / Inside Sales Representative. This position is located at their Facilities in Burlington, ON. The role is part of the Total Gas Management program in the GTA, from Hamilton to Scarborough. The representative may be called upon to cover for vending machine refilling roles on customer sites, in addition to inside sales duties. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with inquiries.
• Promote and sell industrial products to generate sales.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Process customer orders accurately and coordinate delivery.
• Manage inventory and communicate replenishment needs.
• Create attractive product displays.
