About The Position

Kibble Equipments Total Experience Ag Internship program is designed to provide students with opportunities that bridge the gap between the classroom and real-world experience. During your internship, you will gain hands-on, professional experience designed to fit your career objectives, while enhancing your skills and understanding. Candidates must have an interest in a full-time career with Kibble Equipment.

Requirements

Must be a self-starter that independently maintains a high level of motivation with minimal supervision.
Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to build and maintain rapport with customers.
Proficient computer skills, ability to use standard desktop applications including Microsoft Office.
Must be a current student pursuing an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university with an emphasis on Business, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or Precision Ag Technology.
Must be available to complete the entire summer internship.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn, flexible to work in different departments throughout the summer.
Must be able to commit to work 40+ hours during the summer months.
Overnight travel required.
Follow all safety rules and guidelines while performing work assignments.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

Individuals will rotate between each department to gain a complete understanding of day-to-day activities and responsibilities within our organization.
Provide vital support to dealerships pertaining to value added sales opportunities
Assist with internal/external meetings, training, customer clinics and other scheduled events.
Report progress of internship weekly to supervisor and mentor.
Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
