About The Position

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Tool Material Coordinator to join their team in San Antonio, TX. This role involves assisting in satisfying manufacturing requirements for non-production materials, tool and shop supplies, investigating changes in manufacturing requirements, and facilitating the acquisition of authorized commodities. The position also includes performing inventory tasks and assisting in the development of plans for the removal of obsolete inventory. This role works under close supervision.

Requirements

Experience with warehouse inventory including parts accuracy and accountability
Experience working in a computer-based inventory management system or warehouse management system
Ability to obtain and/or already possess a forklift operator certification
Experience using a computer to look up and record information
Ability to work variable shifts (i.e. scheduled and unscheduled overtime; weekends and holidays) to support mission requirements and workload
Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
