This position is responsible for providing overall assistance to the Field Support management personnel and other internal and external customers. Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: 1-2 years of administrative experience
  • OR Education: Associates Degree Experience: 3 to 6 months of administrative experience
  • Travel: 5-10%

Responsibilities

  • Assists the Tool department with various administrative tasks.
  • Bills internal customers for materials in a timely manner through obtaining applicable job numbers and through researching book pricing.
  • Provides customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Orders and maintains office supply and internal forms.
  • Processes various tool management-related paperwork (i.e., Tool Transfers, invoices, etc.).
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
