About The Position
The Learning Experience – Franklin is seeking a Toddler Teacher to support classroom routines and daily activities for children ages 12–36 months. This role helps create a nurturing and engaging environment where toddlers build early communication and independence skills.
Requirements
- Prior childcare experience preferred
- Experience working with toddlers a plus
- Reliable and team-oriented approach
- Must meet Massachusetts EEC requirements
Responsibilities
- Assist with toddler classroom routines and transitions
- Support meals, diapering, and learning activities
- Help maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Encourage social interaction and classroom participation
- Collaborate with Lead Teachers and center leadership
- Follow Massachusetts licensing and safety requirements
