About The Position

We are seeking a caring, passionate, and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team! Requirements

At least six months of professional childcare or teaching experience.
A High School Diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

Professional experience working with children.
An Associate Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
A genuine love for working with young children.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and enjoy being part of a team.

Responsibilities

Create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom for children ages 12–24 months.
Follow our L.E.A.P. curriculum and make learning fun through hands-on activities, play, music, movement, and exploration.
Help children build important social, emotional, and early learning skills.
Support children as they develop their independence and reach new milestones.
Provide a caring and consistent routine throughout the day, including meals, naps, diapering, and classroom activities.
Build strong relationships with children and their families.
Communicate with families about their child's day, progress, and special moments.
Work closely with your teaching team to provide a positive and consistent classroom experience.
Keep the classroom clean, organized, and ready for learning and play.
