About The Position

The To-Go Specialist leads the guest experience for customers dining outside the restaurant, following Bonefish Grill’s hospitality standards. The role supports the restaurant’s commitment to providing each guest with a tailored meal service, consistent hospitality, and a smile. The position involves sharing menu knowledge and recommendations, processing orders and payments, and assembling and delivering orders.

Responsibilities
