In the role of TMT (Tech, Media, Telecom) Program Coordinator, you will primarily support HDR’s TMT leadership team, which focuses on designing data centers, semiconductor and advanced manufacturing facilities as well as telecommunications and broadband infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
  • A minimum of 1 years related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Responsibilities

  • Type, format and organize program documents, reports, communications and correspondence
  • Support meetings, presentations, conferences, and events end‑to‑end, including agenda preparation, meeting minutes, scheduling, presentation formatting, expense coordination (estimates, approvals, tracking, and reconciliation), attendee communication, and ongoing planning and progress tracking to ensure smooth execution.
  • Assist with items ranging from client plans to consolidating financial reporting to invoicing support and other general administrative needs.
  • Exhibit professionalism with clients
  • Maintain professional organization memberships and associated expensing, contribute to employee professional engagement tracking through organized documentation, and participation tracking.
