About The Position

This position provides patient care and customer service using a treatment modality for depression. The TMS Technician administers in-office therapeutic treatments under the direction of a treating physician and supports clinical services through regular patient interaction, customer service, and administrative assistance. The role requires interpersonal skills, empathy, and teamwork. The position is full-time, with varying hours, and is on site in Laguna Hills, California. Compensation is $20–$25 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma.
Familiarity with clinical scheduling and insurance principles.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of related experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with providers, admissions, and the practice administrator to ensure timely and effective patient scheduling and care delivery.
Address patients’ medical conditions or symptoms.
Operate a medical/mechanical device.
Support daily facility operations, including maintaining knowledge of behavioral health services.
Check patients in and out and verify demographics at each clinic visit.
Verify and collect payments at patient check-in.
Answer telephone calls promptly, take messages, and schedule appointments as needed.
Explain and administer patient treatment procedures.
Use patient scheduling software.
Monitor patients for medical symptoms.
Provide medical intervention in an emergency.
