About The Position

This is a temporary shift position for a TMO Floater/Supporter. The primary role is Machine Operator, with responsibilities including carpet tufting, quality inspection, equipment calibration, identifying production issues, differentiating colors, patterns, and textures, placing backing, shearing, and maintaining a clean work environment. The position requires the ability to lift up to 100lbs, stand on elevated platforms, stand for 8 hours a day, and handle latex.
