About The Position

The purpose of the TL Tech Level I is to service, maintain, repair, and or perform modifications to the computerized and related components of the Tribal Lottery electronic gaming machines. This full-time position features excellent employer-paid medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits. Our facilities operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year which may require this position to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of technical/mechanical experience and/or training in a related field.
  • Ability to learn, service, maintain, repair, troubleshoot, diagnose, and modify all gaming products.
  • Ability to assist in the set and configuration of gaming products and components.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to follow and understand manufacturer’s instructions and established procedures.
  • Ability to keep accurate and detailed records of work performed, equipment installed or destroyed.
  • Ability to change out components on all gaming products.
  • Must be able to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard and holidays.
  • Must obtain a Class III A license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission.
  • Pre-employment drug testing is required.

Responsibilities

  • Service, maintain, repair, and/or perform modifications to the computerized and related components of the Tribal Lottery electronic gaming machines.
  • Perform general machine repair, power supply repair, and board level CPU repair.
  • Install gaming devices.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and modify all gaming products.
  • Assist in the set and configuration of gaming products and components.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of work performed, equipment installed or destroyed.
  • Change out components on all gaming products.
