Requirements

Ability to read and follow written instructions.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Manufacturing, assembly, or packaging experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications.
Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.
Package finished products securely for shipment.
Label, count, and organize materials and completed orders.
Operate basic hand tools and production equipment safely.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow company safety policies and procedures.
Assist with inventory, material movement, and other production tasks as needed.
Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
