About The Position

The Newcoast Financial Services Titling Specialist is responsible for accurately, compliantly, and promptly processing title and registration documents for RVs, vessels, trailers, and other applicable units across multiple states. The role ensures collateral paperwork meets state and federal requirements, maintains organized and auditable customer deal files, and provides excellent service to internal teams and external partners.

Working closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations, the specialist supports a seamless customer experience from purchase through title completion. Success is measured by customer satisfaction, accuracy and regulatory compliance, timely completion of title work, file organization, reliability and independence, and problem-solving across differing state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process title and registration documentation for new and used vessels, RVs, trailers, and other applicable units across multiple states.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and agency regulations related to titling and registration.
• Maintain complete, organized, properly recorded, stored, and auditable customer deal files.
• Communicate professionally with customers, tag offices, state agencies, and federal offices to resolve title-related questions or issues.
• Provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders about title status and requirements.
• Maintain and improve systems for tracking file transfers, document status, and pending title work.
• Support Marine Agents and other operational partners as needed.
• Expand knowledge and competency in processing title work across additional states.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and company goals.
