About The Position

This position will be onsite at our Amherst, NY office. defi SOLUTIONS is a pioneer in end-to-end, SaaS loan originations, servicing, and managed servicing solutions, serving captive auto lenders, banks, credit unions, and finance companies in North America. The company has over three decades of experience in helping lenders reduce time-to-market, streamline operations, and customize lending processes. The Titles Specialist will manage titles for auto retail & lease portfolios for various clients, operating in line with company values: Get it done, Win as a team, Better every day, Do it with passion.

Requirements

• Available to work on-site at our Amherst, NY office Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 5 pm Eastern
• High School diploma or GED
• Minimum one-year data entry experience
• Minimum one-year experience with document handling
• Intermediate proficiency with Windows-based software programs (i.e., MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Meet physical demands of lifting trays ( ~10 -15 lbs)
• Ability to demonstrate, comprehend, and apply our workplace values

Responsibilities

• Manage titles for our auto retail & lease portfolios for various clients
• File and filing pull titles from the vault
• Run titles reports
• Logging paper and electronic titles
• Request titles from ELT (Electronic Titles) vendors
• Monitor titles queues
• Lift trays from the vault
