A DAY IN THE LIFE AS TITLES TEAM LEAD This position is responsible for performing title processing functions in accordance with specific state regulations. This position places liens on titles used as collateral for loans. They also send out-of-state titles to corresponding state offices for processing with Credit Union liens. They anwser questions from both members and Credit Union personnel regarding title processing and regulations. The Team Lead Completes related reports and paperwork and maintains and updates files. They research and resolves recordkeeping errors or discrepancies. They also complete miscellaneous clerical functions. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent or work release papers
Strong work ethic
Professional and fun attitude
One to Two years of related office experience

Customer service experience preferred
