About The Position

Inside the Role The Titles and Art Manager leads strategy, workflow design, staffing, operations, and vendor relations. Oversees payment processing, title/security interest maintenance, and compliance for U.S. and Canadian portfolios. Drives renovation of title/security interest processes and manages NASC teams. We Take Care of Our Team Typically requires a Bachelors Degree Typically requires 5-7 years of relevant experience or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree Decision maker for daily activities that are guided by policy, procedures, and business plans with oversight from manager Demonstrates understanding and application of procedures and concepts related to job field as well as basic knowledge of other related work areas Coordinates the resources of team and set daily priorities to meet operational objectives Primarily supervises the work of entry and intermediate level professional individual contributors or large numbers of shop floor employees in operations, manufacturing, and/or logistics Interprets and administers policies, processes, and procedures Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to use tact and diplomacy to exchange information, handle sensitive issues, and translate, simplify, and clarify information for employees Responsible for staffing decisions such as hiring, firing, rewarding, training, and developing employees What You Drive at DTFS - Develop and execute strategy for Cash Management and Collateral Administration. - Lead personnel management including training, coaching, and performance reviews. - Oversee daily operations using KPIs for U.S. and Canadian processes. - Handle escalated issues and develop remediation plans. - Manage vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to service levels and regulations. - Drive strategic initiatives including title/security process renovations. Knowledge You Should Bring - BS/BA and 5 years of relevant experience or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree - Extensive knowledge of titling processes and lifecycle requirements. - In-depth knowledge of payment and payoff posting. - Understanding of remarketing and lease maturity processes. - Decision-making skills and leadership experience. - Ability to analyze data and interpret statistical information. Exceptional Candidates might have - Experience leading cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of various asset types and registration/titling requirements. - Knowledge of all DTFS payment channels. - Familiarity with security interest instruments including ELT and UCC filings. - Strategic planning and conflict mediation experience. Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Schedule Type: Hybrid (4 days per week in-office / 1 day remote).
