Oversees and coordinates key Title IX responsibilities within a K–12 setting, including ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, managing reports of sex-based discrimination and harassment, and supporting equitable access to educational programs and activities. Facilitates training for staff and District personnel, oversees grievance procedures, and collaborates with school leadership on policy implementation and continuous improvement. Exercises independent judgment in case management and decision-making. The Title IX Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the District’s compliance with Title IX and related federal and state laws prohibiting discrimination based on sex. This includes leadership in policy implementation, grievance procedures, training, and prevention efforts.
