The Title IV E Simulation Lab Standardized Participant provides social work students with Standardized Participant (SPs) simulations. This role involves memorizing case scripts and performing acting roles to portray social work clients, family members, or other relevant individuals in simulations for students. The participant will also assess student behaviors using standardized measurement tools and provide feedback. The program utilizes trained individuals to portray these roles, enabling students to practice intake, communication skills, and a variety of social work skills.
