The Title IV E Simulation Lab Standardized Participant provides social work students with Standardized Participant (SPs) simulations. This role involves memorizing case scripts and performing acting roles to portray clients, family members, or others in simulations for students. The participant will assess student behaviors using standardized measurement tools and provide feedback. This position utilizes trained individuals to allow students to practice intake, communication skills, and a variety of social work skills.
