About The Position

Godot Consulting Group is seeking a detail-oriented Title Insurance Clearance Officer to join its client's dynamic New York commercial team. The role is responsible for ensuring proper clearance of title issues and facilitating smooth real estate transactions. The Clearance Officer reviews and analyzes title reports, identifies potential issues, and works closely with clients and attorneys to help resolve them. The position also supports compliance with regulatory requirements and provides service to clients.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in commercial title insurance and clearance processes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to assess complex title issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in title insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
