About The Position

Godot Consulting Group is seeking a detail-oriented Title Insurance Clearance Officer to join a client's dynamic New York commercial team. The role focuses on clearing title issues and supporting smooth real estate transactions. The officer reviews and analyzes title reports, identifies potential issues, and works with clients and attorneys to resolve them. The role also supports compliance with regulatory requirements and delivery of outstanding client service.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in commercial title insurance and clearance processes.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to assess complex title issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in title insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze title reports.
• Identify potential title issues.
• Work with clients and attorneys to facilitate resolution of title issues.
