About The Position

Godot Consulting Group is seeking a detail-oriented Title Insurance Clearance Officer to join a client’s dynamic New York commercial team. The role focuses on clearing title issues and supporting smooth real estate transactions. The Clearance Officer reviews and analyzes title reports, identifies potential issues, and works with clients and attorneys to facilitate their resolution. The role also supports compliance with regulatory requirements and provides service to clients.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in commercial title insurance and clearance processes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex title issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members.
• Proficiency in title insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities
