About The Position
Continental Automotive Group is in need of a Title Clerk! This individual is responsible for processing vehicle paperwork to complete the vehicle registration. This is a full-time position. Organized, detail-oriented individual required with previous titling experience.
Requirements
- Previous titling experience
- Must have held a valid driver's license for 1 year
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Responsibilities
- Submit title and registration applications for new and used vehicles within 21 days of sale date
- Review title transfer documents before submitting to appropriate processing county
- Post payments for completed transactions
- Maintain tax, title, and license accounting schedule
- Scan and archive completed deal paperwork according to department standards
- Provide outstanding customer support and accommodate special requests
- Troubleshoot various title and registration issues
- Work closely with other title team members and provide assistance where required
