About The Position
America's Auto Auction is seeking a Title Clerk to join their team at their Houston, TX location. This role involves processing vehicle titles accurately and efficiently, researching and resolving title documentation issues, and maintaining accurate databases. The Title Clerk will also provide customer support and contribute to inventory reduction tasks. This is an opportunity to grow with a growing national auto auction company.
Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required
- 2+ years of experience processing vehicle titles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Able to pass pre-employment screening
- Must be no less than 18 years of age
Responsibilities
- Process vehicle titles accurately and efficiently
- Research and resolve missing or incorrect title documentation in a timely manner
- Complete applications to transfer title ownership
- Review, enter, and record title information into the ASI operating system
- Maintain accurate customer and title databases
- Provide customer support via phone, email, mail, and in-person interactions
- Complete assigned inventory reduction tasks and provide updates to Sales and Account Management
- Communicate issues or discrepancies promptly to ensure timely resolution
- Perform additional duties as assigned
