About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Title Assistant to support residential, commercial, and/or industrial title operations in our Chico, CA office. This role performs a broad range of administrative and operational support duties that help facilitate efficient title processing and exceptional service to customers and internal partners. The ideal candidate has developing industry knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to complete most tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Previous administrative, customer service, or title industry experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment
  • Capable of completing most assignments with limited instruction

Responsibilities

  • Collate, gather, and organize information related to title transactions and processes
  • Review documentation and validate data for accuracy and completeness
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support to external clients and field escrow offices
  • Coordinate with multiple parties to assist in resolving issues and ensuring timely completion of title processes
  • Support title teams with administrative and operational tasks in a production center or branch office environment
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, customers, and partners as needed
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to company procedures and compliance standards
  • Provide specialized support functions related to title operations when applicable
