Requirements

  • Ability to commute to Indianapolis.
  • Computer hardware and software proficiency is required, including Microsoft Office proficiency, Windows operating systems.
  • Must be able to pass the Indiana state background check.
  • Must exhibit the ability to work with little supervision, be productive, prioritize, and manage time.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills with effective written communication and effective listening skills.
  • Ability to interact with both internal and external customers, resolving issues and maintaining relationships.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to lift and move bundles of paperwork and other BMV related items (~15 lbs).
  • Requires network access for STARS, KTA, and Docuware.

Nice To Haves

  • Audit experience with IN BMV transactions preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft software including Outlook and Excel.
  • Salesforce experience.

Responsibilities

  • Utilizes IN BMV terminals to provide support and guidance to CVR accounts in Indiana.
  • Manages the Green Screen transaction process.
  • Communicates directly with clients.
  • Administers billing procedures.
  • Utilizes DMV and audit knowledge to provide a high level of support for accounts to drive revenue and retention objectives.
  • Provides support and guidance to the CVR accounts.
  • Clearly and tactfully communicates to clients and CVR employees.
  • Displays a professional, positive, and ethical attitude when dealing with clients, associates, and management.
  • Achieves Service Level Agreements timelines.
  • Focuses on accuracy, productivity, and attention to detail.
  • Searches customer record database, searches for vehicle, driver and registration information, processes any transaction that a BMV License Branch Associate would process.
  • Potentially overrides certain portions of a transaction (e.g., waive fees, process refunds).
  • Scans documents to the BMV through KTA, requiring network access.
  • Utilizes Docuware, the digital image storage system, requiring network access.
