About The Position

Provides nationwide title services and supports real estate transactions by assembling title packages, searching for tax documentation, and performing other research related to escrow and title closings. The work primarily focuses on residential transactions and may be performed in an office, title plant, or remotely while traveling to courthouses, municipalities, and other government entities to conduct searches. This is an individual-contributor role under direct supervision, with little autonomy, following defined procedures to complete daily work and address straightforward problems.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Typically requires 0–2 years of related work experience.
• Basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct title research and compile search packages of varying complexity that require research and investigation.
• Search for tax documentation and perform other research related to escrow and title closings.
• Work in an office or title plant, or travel to courthouses, municipalities, and other government entities to perform searches.
• Provide support functions for departmental processes.
• Follow clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems.
• Communicate with internal and/or external clients and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
