Provides nationwide title services and supports real estate transactions by assembling title packages, searching for tax documentation, and conducting other research related to escrow and title closings. The role primarily supports residential transactions and conducts title research to compile search packages of varying complexity, requiring research and investigation. Work may be performed in an office, title plant, or remotely while traveling to courthouses, municipalities, and other government entities to conduct searches. The position follows standard procedures and guidelines and works under general supervision, with limited ability to modify its approach. It is an individual-contributor role with no supervisory responsibilities; the employee manages their own workload. The role recognizes and solves typical problems using established options, communicates moderately complex information in routine situations (typically within the team), and affects the team through the quality of support provided. Other duties may be assigned by management.
