About The Position

ServiceLink, a top provider in the mortgage services industry, is seeking a Title Abstract Vendor Management Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with vendors, internal staff, and other associated outside agencies. The company is looking for individuals ready for a career, not just their next job, and wants them to become part of something big. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.

Requirements

  • Practical work experience within real estate industry
  • Proven Customer Service Skills
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good organizational skills
  • Proficiency with personal computers
  • Efficiency with internal software programs.
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Proficiency with personal computers, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe

Responsibilities

  • Recruit Abstract & Notary vendors
  • Be responsible for the creation & maintenance of Abstract & Notary Vendor Profiles
  • Interact with ServiceLink’s vendor panel to manage fees and billing requirements
  • Reconcile Vendor payments in accordance with ServiceLink requirements
  • Work with vendors, as well as staff and other associated outside agencies
  • Address inquiries from vendors and internal staff professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile vendor payments in accordance with ServiceLink requirements.
  • Review vendor profiles & costs
  • Maintain open communication with team members and team leader.
  • Develop relationships with our vendors and co-workers
  • All other duties as assigned
