About The Position

The Sales & Service position is responsible for tire and wheel sales, service, and maintenance. The role provides excellent customer service and completes work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct. It includes tire installation and maintenance, repairs, rotations, inflation, wheel balancing, TPMS service, battery testing and installation, equipment use and maintenance, test driving, and offsite or emergency road service. On-the-job training is offered.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
Frequent lifting of weights between 35 and 75 pounds.
Frequent bending, twisting, and kneeling; continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain tires and wheels.
Repair, rotate, and inflate tires; attach and rebalance wheels.
Install or rebuild TPMS and relearn or calibrate it as needed.
Wash tires and wheels.
Test and install batteries.
Use and maintain equipment.
Assist other employees.
Test drive vehicles.
Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales using the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.
Complete work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
