About The Position

Flynn’s Tire is hiring entry-level Tire Technicians at its Boardman, Ohio location. No automotive experience or degree is required. The company provides comprehensive paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with opportunities to develop skills and advance into roles such as Master Tire Technician, Service Manager, and Store Manager. The role involves tire installation, rotation, balancing, and repair; inspecting tires and wheels; performing pressure checks and basic maintenance; using tools and equipment safely; assisting customers; and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Requirements

• Acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) and background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Ability to lift 20–80 lbs.
• No automotive experience required.
• A degree is not required.

Responsibilities

• Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires.
• Inspect tires and wheels for wear, damage, and proper inflation.
• Perform tire pressure checks and basic maintenance services.
• Safely operate tools and equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist customers with tire service needs in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while developing hands-on automotive skills.
