About The Position

Flynn’s Tire is hiring entry-level Tire Technicians at its Boardman, Ohio location. No automotive experience or degree is required. The company provides comprehensive paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support, with opportunities to develop skills and advance into roles such as Master Tire Technician, Service Manager, and Store Manager. The position is available as full-time or part-time work. The role involves tire installation, rotation, balancing, and repair; tire and wheel inspections; pressure checks and basic maintenance; safe use of tools and equipment; customer assistance; and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
