About The Position

The Sales & Service position is responsible for sales, service, and maintenance of tires and wheels. The technician provides excellent customer service and completes work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct. The role includes tire and wheel installation and maintenance, battery work, equipment use, assisting coworkers, test driving vehicles, and providing offsite and emergency road services. The position promotes store sales and uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers. On-the-job training is offered. The role requires a valid driver’s license, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment. Physical requirements include frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, and kneeling; and continuous squatting, reaching, walking, and standing. Pay is $16.50–$26.45. For full-time positions, benefits are available after eligibility criteria are met and are governed by plan documents and company policy. Benefits may change at any time; higher minimum wage applies in applicable locations.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Install and maintain tires and wheels.
Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
Attach and rebalance wheels.
Install or rebuild TPMS and relearn or calibrate it.
Wash tires and wheels.
Test and install batteries.
Use and maintain equipment.
Assist other employees.
Test drive vehicles.
Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
Use the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.
Complete work according to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
